Head gasket replacement

replaced the head gasket on
my 2006 2.5 nissan and now
it turns over very slowly was
wondering if the cam caps
were to tight tighten them
down in sequence and by
feel because I don't have and  
torque wrench that goes that
low read 5 to 8 foot lbs

If you didn't use a torque wrench that could be the problem and if could damage the cam.

Gonna have to back them off in sequence and start again with a torque wrench thanks for the help
