Nissan altima 3.5 is miss firing and shaking

Replaced the crank shaft senser, spark plugs, coil
pack new wiring on some that were worn and still
missing in park and driving at around 55 will will
violently jerk and shake could it be o2 senser or
manifolds possibly i really dont know what else to
do

Also worse when in gear also engine light came on and was flashing when the problem first started

The flashing engine light means there is a problem code stored in the computer. Take it to an auto parts store to have it scanned for free and fix accordingly. Write down the codes in case you want to google for more information on how to fix it.
