My 2019 Honda Civic LX feels like the brake is coming on and it slows rapidly

When driving on a flat surface and wanting to cruise to a stop iafter reaching
60 kph it feels like the brakes are coming on and I get a feeling of being pulled
back into my seat

If the brake was on you would move forward, not back in your seat.

Have the Honda dealer take it for a test drive to see what the issue is.

The care does slow down and the dealer has taken it for a test drive. I have talked to other Civic owners and theirs does the same thing???
