entering VIN number in listing

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

trying to enter the VIN number and after I verified all information, keeps giving
me the same message and not letting me update the listing

First, check to be sure that you’ve entered all 17 characters correctly. 2. Please be sure any characters that appear to be the letter O or I are entered as the numbers 0 and 1 respectively.

The letters O, I, and Q are not used in the VIN after 1980. Hope that helps! Jim
