I want to install a 2jz Vv ti to a 2005 altima
2.5 I seen videos of people that has done
them but none of the installments I seen this
guy in Russia put one on a Touareg as well
so why can’t I

You can do what ever you want. The question is how much money are you willing to spend? Putting a different engine in a car that was not designed for it requires making engine mounts and possibly changing the transmission. You also need to consider the engine computer and wiring harness. How will you connect that up. Then custom exhaust, etc. Probably not worth the time and money unless you are a master welder and master mechanic.
