car won't start

Asked by BrenzzAltima05 Jan 26, 2017 at 10:43 PM about the 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5 S

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. Just
had the coil packs and spark plugs
changed a few weeks ago as car was
running sluggish and wanting to stall.
Now last night I drove in my driveway and
the car stalled and now it won't start at
all. Mechanic says I need computer sent
out to be repaired. I've seen a lot of stuff
about crank sensors and all that. He says
he can't connect to the computer because
it's not working.

Get a refurbished computer, forget trying to repair this... It's 12 years old.... Think of how this sounds if you were replacing your laptop computer... Same thing.. a new replacement is what you need.
