2005 3.5 Altima no start

Drove home ran fine parked next day no start and
tach needle doesn't move at all while trying to
crank, changed crank sensor still no start and no
movement from tach needle help please.

Cam sensor? and check wiring to sensors. Also check wiring for power and signal.
