Opening windows with ignition off

I like to sit in my car at lunch.  How can I open/close my side windows without starting the car?

Turn the key to accessory mode if it has one. Other cars, you can run the windows after the engine is off if you have not opened a door. Others are on a timer, if you haven't opened the door.
