car crank but wont start now

I changed the spark plugs in my 2005 Nissan maxima and now when I go to start it all it did was crank the fuses are good the crank sincere is still good the coils on spark plug are good but no spark any idea on how to fix this

I changed spark plugs in my car and now it cranks but won't start and the fuses are good and everything is hooked back up right

it their power from the fuse box to the coils?
