Problem solved. They replaced starter button, but it was still not starting every time. Vehicle towed in & after dealership kept vehicle for 2 wks. they still couldn't duplicate the failure to start. They were ready to return vehicle. Service Manager was great. I had made videos of the process. Sent them to her. Mechanic wanted to take vehicle home & I said yes. Then they found the problem. To start you need to push start button & step on break. Solution: the break pedal switch was failing to operate correctly. Replaced it & it's been 4 days now, no problems!
