What is this button on my 2019 RAV 4 LE?

What is this button on the front side of leather seats in my 2019 RAV 4 LE?
It clicks up and in the center and clicks down

It's the control for the Seat Heater, switch in lower position is low heat, upper is high heat. Center is off. The light would be on, in either up or down.

Its for seat heaters. That's an aftermarket button though.
