The AWD malfunction was caused by code: C13F800 4wd/AWD disconnect system performance. The rear differential coupling is not operating correctly due to internal problems. The Assy requires replacement. Carrier Assy, Dif FP- Number- 41110-42051. Currently on backorder. Another issue I had was CENTER CONSOLE USB NOT CHARGING. Which had to be replaced as well.

That error/alert has gone off in my 2019 RAV4 XLE Premium approximately every other day (or even every other drive) since May 3 (purchased in Feb.) and my local Toyota Service folks have not been able to resolve the issue. I will have to show them your post/photo and follow up back here with the result. Thank you for the info!
