I have a 2018 Dodge Journey w/1900 miles. I owe more than it's worth. I want to trade it in and get a lease vehicle, is this possible with little to no money down?

You must make up the difference between the selling price and what you owe. You might be able to roll it over to a much bigger loan but you won't like the payments! You are probably going to lose $5,000 or more on the deal.
