EVERY TIME THE FAN COME'S ON THE RPM GOE;S DOWN

1 Answer

105

Likely the fan coming on is coinciding with the AC compressor kicking in. You should see a slight reduction in RPM, and then the ECM should bump the RPM back up to compensate.
