I live near Medford OR and found a new car in Little Rock, AR. The stock
number is KC382870. Can I pay the $499 to have it shipped? I do not know
how to download the picture(not a techie).

Work that out with the seller and shipper.

You can probably get your local Dealer to do a Dealer trade on a vehicle that's the same as the one in Little Rock but in your area. My Niece did that when she bought her Malibu. She wanted a white turbo Malibu and another local Chevrolet Dealer had one. So the dealers did a trade so she could get the car she wanted. Hope that helps! Jim
