I wasthe city car in line at a red  
stop light. A car driving 40mph rear
ended me. Such then slammed me into
thecar in front of me. My ar bags
never went off.  But the driver that
hit me in the rear his did. Who come
mine didn't not. My car is totalled

if the front impact on the car in front was to your grill area and not the bumper - it is possible the triggers were not hit and activated. A rear impact might make your front dip down as it plows into the car in front of you.
