When replacing the tires can I go with regular tires or do I have to get drive flat
tires?

You mean run flats tires? You can install either or. Just add an inflation kit to your vehicle in case you get a flat. You won't have to worry about it for around 40000 miles.

You will like the better ride of regular tires but you need a compressor and repair kit or at least a couple of cans of fix a flat at all times.
