Nissan sentra battery terminal

One of my battery terminals are cracked and it's
not a standard terminal or at least not one I've
changed before I could use some help on where to
find a replacement and also how to replace it.

Auto parts stores and even walmart carry replacement terminals, just remove the old ends from the wiring and attach the wiring to the new (and updated) terminals
