Dashboard lights malfunctioned ??

Question type: General

Is it normal for my dash lights to come on when I
push my brakes without my headlights on?? To be
more specific before I start the car if I push the
brakes in my dashboard lights up

No it's not, sounds like you have a short somewhere and it may be time to have a tech look it over for you, good luck.
