Hi, Seems like your electric throttle is not working properly. You could have an issue with your throttle chamber or the link between the pedal and the throttle chamber. It could also be a sensor issue. Check this article: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090628172331AAH4h95 Is the gas pedal working when you're in park position?
sounds like it's in failsafe mode. could be any reason from a sensor to the gas pedal. scan it and get a code if it's in failsafe there will be codes.
its not a pedal problem or throttle problem .I have 2007 doing exact same thing only in gear . If I turn car off and start it back up it revs fine like a race car. put it in gear and it has the trans putting a load on it but won't move. I put it in park or in neutral and the load on the engine is still there until I turn it off and restart again. then it revs like a race car again . OBD2 scanner shows no codes. I watched live sensor read out and all normal even in gear!!!
Same here. 02 sentra se-r. Park and neutral revs up fine. Drive and reverse have no pedal response. I can idle at about 10 mph in drive. Battery light on and will run in park for 40 minutes if need be workout dying or Battery going dead
