i changed battery in 2004 sentra now it wont start, it cranks no start

Was it running well before you changed the battery? If it was sitting long without running your fuel system should be checked to see if the lines are supplying adequate fuel supply. Also verify that the fuel is fresh. Check plugs for spark.

Your car was running well before you changed batteries and will not start now? Did you verify that fuel is getting to the cylinders? Did you check that your spark plugs are firing? Air/Fuel mixture, compression, and spark at the right time (and exhaust) are the key elements that go together to make an engine run.
