How do I turn off the radio on my new Jetta without the infotainment screen
going blank?

If the answer was in the manual, I would not have asked the question...was hoping to avoid going to through dealer, but looks like that's my next step.

Go to the media tab, that will override the radio, otherwise just mute the volume.
