headlight change on my nissan 2003 350z

I have a 2003 nissan 350z it came with factory HID headlights i am getting a 2006 HID pair of headlights will they plug into my factory light plug

yeah the whole ballast and wiring harness should fit into the 06+ all you need is to change the hid bulb to D2S cuz theyre bixenon, and btw just wonderin where you buyin the 06 lights from?

(AM autoparts.com) They sell the pair for $768 they are HID they come with everything except the bulb. but the plug from my car to my original HID lights has 8pins four on top and four on the bottom and the plug from the 06-09 lights has 7pins four on the bottom and 3 on the top i have to cut the plug from my original HID lights and rewire it to the new 06-09 lights in order for it to work .

whatever you do dont get stock ones way over priced and you can find nice ones after market that are original for way cheaper
