Will a 2008 altima motor work in a 2003 altima

The engine itsself should bolt in but the problem in this is that the computer must be reprogrammed and confidential conecter plugs are probably different for the various sensors. Would be a very extensive swap. Happened to see this and was like whoa wait a min.... Best answer I can give ya lips
