i have a 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5L SL. It keeps running hot, so I had my thermostat change. The car still runs hot, but it only does it when you drive over 70 mph. What else could be wrong with my car?

have you had the radiator and block reversed flush, it might help to put in a radiator treatment in before you flush so you get as much as you can out. it might help to check your fan, check the temp it comes on and off at, it could be faulty.
