I have an 03 Nissan Altima that needs a
motor. Can I put a motor from a newer
Altima in it

A much newer motor may need different computer modules, harnesses, sensors, exhaust, or even tranny hookups, you would have to review the differences between your current powertrain and a newer one and decide if it's feasible to make those adaptations. If money is no object, then of course it's possible, but to keep it economically feasible, you may want to look for a similar vintage replacement engine.
