I bet your Murano has an automatic (moreover a CVT) transmission. My '01 Frontier has an automatic transmisson and even on flat ground when I put it in park, it always rolls backwards (only an inch at most). If your Murano only rolls an inch or so, that's just the transmisson finding and resting against the parking prawl...nothing to worry about. If you want to alleviate this, set your parking brake before you shift into park. If your vehicle rolls a lot more than an inch, your transmission may not be meshing correctly w/ your "gears". I don't see what the wheels would have to do w/ this, but I'm not a mechanic and don't pretend to know it all. Hope some of this helps.
