Can I swap the engine I have on my 2003 Nissan Sentra GXE for Sentra SE-R Engine?

It should fit since they are both the B15 platform. You will need to add the cat converter to protect the main cat. Bigger brakes would be a wise idea.
Like tenspeed said, it is possible to swap out the current engine in your Sentra for the 2.5 liter in the Sentra SE-R. You will need the engine, wiring harness, transmission, and ECU. It wouldn't be a bad idea to get the crossmember and mounts from the SE-R as well. It is important to know that if you're planning the swap you should also invest on a header (the three-way Pre-Cat in the OEM exhaust manifold of the Sentra SE-R is infamous for causing engine failures, and a catless header is the definitive cure) and invest some time on removing the upper portion of the intake manifold on the 2.5 engine you get and applying LocTite on the butterfly valve screws so they don't loosen and get sucked into the engine. I invite you to join up on www.b15u.com, it's a great place to get info from....
