Where can I get the swirl control valve on a 2003 Nissan Sentra?

I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra GXE 1.8 engine and my check engine light is on.
I have gone to 3 different places and all tell me to replace the swirl control
valve, but every nissan dealership I call for the part says I do not have this
particular part on my car.

I never heard of a swirl control valve. Go to an auto parts store and have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes. Post them back here for further assistance, unless you now know what the code is.
