Is it normal for the Batteries in a 2020 F250
SuperDuty needing replaced after a little over 3
years ? They are the original Motorcraft batteries

Yep 3 years is about the limit anymore. Even the dry cell batteries are lasting about that long as well. As far as I can tell no one makes a really long lasting battery anymore.

Absolutely, the original battery in a brand new vehicle only has an expected life of 3 years. However, if you replace it with another Motorcraft that you buy, you can get at least 5 years out of it. The Motorcraft battery in my 08 Grand Marquis is 6 years old and still going strong! Bought it in June of 2017! Hope that helps! Jim
