Why can't I add my VIN?!!!

I listed a vehicle and it WONT let me add the VIN!!!  What is the problem with
your site?!!!  Allow me to add VIN or refund my money!!!

If your VIN has any letters such as O and I, they need to be inputed as numbers 0 or 1.
