If it’s broke, your vehicle should be under warranty because it’s a 2020, take it to the dealership.
I am not sure what you mean about numbers on door locks. Are you asking about the keyless entry code? Did you open the owners manual to see if there is any reference to your question?

The battery light comes on and stays on.I put a meter on the battery12.75. Start the car and get 13.92. Everything electrical seems to work fine.
