Keys are not programmed, the vehicle's computer is programmed to recognize the key(s). Some locksmiths can do that, otherwise it will have to go to the Ford dealership. Our dealership charges 1/2 hour labor which is $45.00 to do the programming. Many dealerships charge much more. Your computer is programmed to recognize the key that was with the other steering column.
