i own a 2002 maxima se..im puttin a catback exhaust and c.a.i. in next month. do i need to reflash it or upgrade the ecu..or can it run stock and now burn valves or anything?

Your car will automatically compensate for the increased airflow.

i think the only thing you need a reflash for is forced induction of any kind, or larger fuel injectors, that sort of thing. could be wrong but yeah you definitely shouldn't need to worry at this stage.
