Rattle noise when trying to shiftsnd no power. Revs out
at like four grand???

It will go down the road it's not really like its slipping its like it restricted. Like the catalytic converter?

If it was the catalytic converter, it wouldn't rev up to 4000 rpms like u said

If I take off and hammer down on it, its like the rev limiter kicks in between three and four grand and won't shift till I let off.

The problem here is what he calls. ‘Limited’ Be more technical in the description but I’m guessing max rpm not reached. Weak spark or low fuel pressure clogged exhaust or clogged intake ( filters) There is simply no way to accurately diagnose any mechanical problem nowadays EXCEPT A FLAT TIRE without seeing it in person. Honestly one mans LIMITED is another’s broken gas pedal. Mind you I said accurately (1000%) never wrong
