I have a nissan quest2002

i bought a nissan quest through my mechanic but the car is giving problems and i spent already $1000 on fixing it, now its 1 mth and it is leaking alot of oil and the rotors and alignment and the catalytc converter light is on again. the guy who sold me the car wont give me my money back, and 2 mechanics says to get rid of the car, i am out $2000
