Power side mirrors with BLIS

Bought 2020 Ford Fusion SE a week ago.  Ford salesman indicated side
mirrors were heated (power side mirrors with BLIS) and they would operate
when we turned rear window defogger on..  Well, apparently they are NOT
heated.  Can they be swapped for the Ford Power BLIS mirrors that are
heated?  Is this a simple swap procedure? Thanks.

Ask the dealer about the swap. There are probably also other electrical issues such as wiring, relays, controllers etc.
