Help help repair my Nissan 2001

I went to the shop do to my axle was broken
I did both not just one the I drove it for a few
days and it started getting hotttt!!!! Real fast
then he told me it was my head gasket... OK
now it wasn't  running hot when I gave to
you now it runs hotttttttttt!! What should I do
if there's water where the spark plugs
location..
