Does you vehicle have a hitch? How many miles on the vehicle. How far are you towing? I would be worried the transmission might burn up, they are weak to begin with.

The towing capacity is around 1,500 pounds depending on which engine you have. Towing capacity includes the trailer, passengers and your stuff. This probably leaves you with less than 1,000 pounds for the trailer.
