2000 nissan frontier 3.3 vehicle starts and runs but dies like it runs out of gas

vehicle dies after a short drive time.  sometimes two miles, sometimes up to ten miles.
after sitting about five minutes will start and go a few more miles before stopping again. i
have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and the fuel pump relay . still have the same
problem. where do i go next?

Maybe one of two things ( clogged catalytic converter or toque converter clutch solenoid)

Mine did that and the reader said Knock Sensor. turned out to be a rattle on the exhaust system the sensor was picking up as a knock. stopped the rattle, stopped the problem.
