So I have a toyota camry 2008 hybrid now check vcs system came on took it to mechanic.he told me I had to replace hybrid battery but now its saying its fully charged please help me figure out wat I should do take it to dealer or wat

Take this vehicle to a toyota dealer? That would be a good way to check your mechanics diagnosis. I suspect the diagnosis is correct. If you do use a Toyota dealer for that second opinion...make sure you get a copy of the diagnostic result from their Scan Tool. This should include a printout of various tests performed. Get back with results.
