2010 Camry Hybrid takes 2-3 minutes to start

When I start my 2010 Camry Hybrid, all the warning lights appear on the
instrument panel. After ~30 seconds, the fuel gauge needle goes up to the
correct value. After ~60 seconds the AC comes on. The car will only turn off
if the brake pedal is not depressed. I then turn the car on and off 1-3 times.
After another 60 seconds, the radio comes on and the car starts fine. Could
the 12V battery need changing, or is this more likely an expensive electrical
issue.

simuler problem with dodge took it to dealer and charged us to put in a new battery problem solved
