00 maxima makes noise when i push gas

I just bought a used 00 nissan maxima with almost
300,000 i know alot of miles, but i got it cheap and
love that year of maxs, anyhow when i push on the
gas i hear a loud noise like its under my feet, even
a lil vibration, anybody know whats going on there?

Could be a bad CV Joint in the front axle, or a bad wheel bearing. Just need to have it checked out.
