Battery too weak to even jump or locked engine. See if engine turns clockwise by hand with the correct size socket on the harmonic balancer. (largest pulley under hood)
No power at all tells me battery too weak. Try jump starting with larger car or replacing battery in down car. Also, be sure the starter isn't stuck in the out position and the ignition is working properly.
I finally got it to star.with a jump once when I turn the headlights on it died
