2020 HVAC blower grand cherokee

2020 grand cherokee trailhawk, 11k miles, hvac system set on auto (not
remote start) engine and ambient air below 30*, start vehicle from inside,
blower comes on and goes to level 5 blowing cold air until engine has heat.
Page 49 of owners manual says blower will stay at low speed until heat is
available. Dealer has looked at this 3 times, they say its normal, bull. I've had
5 grand Cherokees and 2 Cherokees none do this. Any input out there????

This could be the defogger cycle. Many cars run the AC to reduce interior moisture. If the dealer cannot fix it you can complain to corporate. I suggest never buying another Jeep as just about everyone has a lot of problems.
