Hi. I have a 1999 Nissan Altima 1999 GLE. The car has about 135K miles. The
car passed the emissions test in late April 2018 and had oil change in April
today. This week, 7/7/18, the service engine light came on. I had the codes
read at O'Reily, they were P0325 ans P0400. Is it worth it to get it fixed? Can I
drive the car with the codes or will it do damage to other parts of the car?

Nothing. It does not cost anything to read codes. I would suggest reading them before going to NTB or anywhere else and paying for the diagnostic test.

Knock sensor and egr exhaust flow fault. Pretty minor stuff, the get probably caused the knock sensor to fault. Clean the egr and egr temp switch, and make sure the egr is functional and no holes in hoses to loose vaccum, Clear the fault and make sure it doesn't return. Else a mechanic can probability fix it for less than $200 as long as it's not a dealer mechanic.
