Fix your car back up to how it was. Turn the ignition on and slowly back off one click at a time and see what happens. Sometimes turning the key almost off will turn it off. Does that make sense? Some of my cars do that.

Whatever you do do not unplug the battery while the car is running to shut it off. This creates a voltage spike in the system and will give you more interior problems. Good move going for the fuse!!

Were is this ignition fuse located I have similar (not the same but...)problem and need that location to check if was blown
