Need help fixing my power windows

My 97 t-bird has power windows but they won't roll
down u have to pull them down the motors are
working perfectly fine u can hear them clear as day
when u press the button but nvr role down by them
self's is it the motor the plastic gears for it I cant
find out if there broke or not cuz u cant see it but I
also haven't found any little peices but how the
door is made under the cover of the inside that u
have to take off its almost impossible to replace
anything in the door cuz there's not enough room to  
get in it to change stuff what should I do cuz I love
my t bird and want to fully fix it

The motor has a plastic gear that is stripped you can get them at parts geek The go to utube for remove & replace.
