I hear there are 2 types of thermostats for my car. Which one is better for my car?

I always advise to go back with the stock oem thermostat unless the vehicle is being heavily modded.

195 is probably stock. you would get the best fuel economy using that. some people use a 180 or 160 to keep the engine cooler for more power, but that won't make a difference on a v6.
