IMA light on

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ima light, battery and engine light on. Car runs until
the 12 volt battery goes dead. Have replaced the
high voltage battery and still doing the same thing!
Please someone help.

Perhaps the alternator is dead. Test the voltage at the 12V battery terminals with the engine running. You should see about 13.5 to 14.5 volts.

Has a dc to dc converter and yes it does give 14.5 volts when it does char that battery
